Lipids
Non Water-soluble organic molecules such as Fats, waxes, and oils that constitute the principal structural material of living cells.

Fat
Triglyceride lipids containing fatty acids.

Unsaturated
A fat which has one or more double bonds in the fatty acid chain.

Saturated
A fat which has only single electron bods in its fatty acid chain

Polyunsaturated
A fat which has two or more doube bonds in its fatty acid chain

Steroids - Testosterone + Estrogen
A fat-soluble organic compound having 17 carbon atoms arranged in four rings, which are such things as cholesterol, bile acids, and sex hormones. Testosterone and Estrogen are the male and female sex hormones, respectively.

Protiens
Organic molecules containing amino acids.

Amino Acids
An organic compound containing an amino group (NH2), a carboxylic acid group (COOH), and any of various side groups.
